Standing up right after sex- how much does that affect your chances?

We had to do a quickie last night, on ovulation day. I was so disappointed that I had to stand up right away. I managed to lie down for about a minute. Do you think that affected my chances much? We hadn't had sex in 4 days😔

I always stand up immediately to pee to avoid UTI. Currently 6 weeks 2 days 😉

Sperm gets where it needs to go within seconds. While it can help your chances slightly by laying still, it probably wouldn't make a huge difference. I wouldn't worry about it.

Here it is! I had a line yesterday too!!! Never had a progression of lines before! I remember your suggestion last month a few weeks ago about vitamins. I've been chugging the multivitamins the last few weeks! Lol! My eating habits are not the greatest, so I wonder if that made a difference!

I read on here an article on conception. The doctor said that when a man ejaculates, the first squirt of semen bathes the cervix with the amount of sperm necessary to conceive. He said the squirts that come after don't matter.
