It is absolutely way to hot here to be pregnant through the summer. I have always enjoyed the heat but not anymore. I can't even sit in the shade with ice packs and a cold water without feeling like I might stroke out. The heat index has consistently been over 100 for 2 weeks now. We are due for a cool front that will lower the Temps to mid 90s! I'm sad about it because I've always been outdoorsy. I love the lake and camping and dirt track racing and outdoor festivals and just being active in general. I can't do any of that now. The only reason I don't cry is knowing what the reward will be- holding my sweet baby girl!
