Bloating!!!!

How do I make this bloating go away?!?! I have no shame and don't get embarressed.... Like ever!! Hahaha so I will fart everywhere and no hide it... I will actually usually announce it before it happens I am very comfortable everywhere I go... That being said I don't hold in any farts or anything why won't my huge bloated tummy go away. I'm only 10 weeks so it's not baby in there pushing it out this far.
