Pill or Shot?

I've been on the pill for a few years now and I've been thinking about switching over to the shot. Anyone on it? Tell me more👇🏼

Shot is way high risk and can really screw with your long term fertility. There are so many other lower risk options out there that there is really no reason to choose depo. Look into implants, IUDs, rings... Anything but depo...

I recommend an IUD but given the options, pill. The shots risks put weight the benefits
