weights💪 you need to tone more so doing squats, lunges, box jumps, and kettel bell swings would be great. and try doing that with weights. crunches and situps and other abb workouts are always good too👌

Are you asking for how to lose more weight? If so, my opinion is make a lifestyle change. Exercise on its own will not help you keep the weight off long term, so eat healthy if you don't already

Try mixing in weight training with cardio in moderation and also your diet  is a big part of it. If you eat too much of one macronutrients (protein, carbs, fats) it can affect whether you lose fat or gain muscle. Try looking into articles online to help you find what would work best for you! Also, having a good idea of how the body works and how different diets affect the body will help!
