Have you gotten pregnant while using the pull-out method (POM)?

lol, since I'm allergic to basically every condom on Earth and hormonal birth control turns me into a crazy psycho bitch- the pull out method seems to be our best choice for avoiding pregnancy! Or is it? Tell me, have you successfully avoided pregnancy with this method, or do you now have an adorable little "oops" baby?

If you don't want to use bc, read Taking Charge of Your Fertility. It will tell you how to use the fertility awareness method to chart your cycles so you can figure out "safe" days to have unprotected sex- basically after you confirm ovulation until you get your period. But it takes discipline- you'll have to abstain from sex or use condoms etc from day 1 of your period until you confirm ovulation. And I'd practice for a few cycles while using some kind of back up method before you decide to rely on it completely.

Iud. a minuscule almost immeasurable amount gets into your blood stream, it's all localized to your uterus so it shouldn't screw wth your moods and stuff. If you're dead set on no hormones, they have the paraguard. It's a copper IUD with no hormones. You will get pregnant using the pull out method eventually, so if you're not planning for a baby, take action!

I am also allergic to condoms and actually ended up resorting to vegan condoms which rip like a MF.  😡 I also can't use BC because the hormones cause me to have dibilutating migraines.  I kept track of my ovulation cycle and my period so I know when we can have sex and when we can't. Another woman commented a book to look at and there are plenty apps that can help you once you get going it becomes second nature. But yea the pull out method is risky.

Theirs always non hormonal birth control and latex free condoms if you haven't tried thoes methods already. But pulling out isn't going to keep you from getting pregnant it's still highly possibly.
