Back pain all day, could it mean labor?

Hey ladies, I'm currently 39+1 I've been having bad back pain all day long. The pain doesn't go away :/ I've also noticed since Friday that I've been leaking water I think? There's no discharge it's just clear liquid. Last Wednesday my OB told me my baby was already very low he can feel his head right when he checked me and said I was 1 and a half dilated. Could I possibly be experiencing back labor? Should I be concerned and go to the ER I don't see my OB until this upcoming Wednesday
