Dark blood 😔

I went to the bathroom and had dark blood like if I was on my period a few very very small blood clots as well but I feel totally fine no back pain, no cramps, no bloating or pressure I'm trying to stay positive but I'm really starting to get scared I'm about 5 weeks pregnant
