Advice plz!!

I had a miscarriage in March. My husband and I were devastated. Today i took a pregnancy test and the results were positive. I am so excited and scared. The past few days i been having really bad pain in my abdomen along with diarrhea and nausea. I am so scared to miscarry again. As you all know today is fathers day. So here is where i ask for advice should i surprise my husband today or wait after i go to the doctor and confirm all is well???
