Cervical Exams?!?!? And NSTs?!?!?!?

At what week did cervical exams begin for you mamas of Di/Di twins?!?!? Kinda curious when I should be expecting them and also hating how difficult it is to shave down there right now so not trying to tackle that fear for my appt if i don't have to hahahahaha! Also wondering when the NSTs started! :)

My practitioner says there is no point to cervical checks after 32 weeks. They checked by ultrasound before then. They suggested I could start NST monitering at 32 weeks, but we opted out. There haven't been any complications and NSTs are notoriously inaccurate so we decided not to put ourselves through the stress of the testing. So basically, each doctor is different and will have different procedures 😊

I'm 29 weeks with mo/Di boys and have only been checked twice, once when I had a yeast infection and once when I thought my water broke. I'm wondering the same thing..

They started cervical exams at 24 weeks with me. But my twins are Mo/Di which tend to get monitor more then Di/Di

35 weeks with di/di twins and no cervical checks yes but started NSTs at 30 weeks.

I'm 27 weeks and have had 3 regular cervical exams but since I've been admitted into the hospital I've had a few I started having nst's at week 16

21 weeks di di boys,  cervical checks since 14 weeks at every 4 weeks, was a little short at 18 weeks so had weekly checks for a couple weeks in a row. Check again at 22 weeks, hoping all is well.  No NSTs yet.

Hi there! I'm expecting di/di twin girls and I was checked at 16 weeks and again at 19 weeks. This was not done through my OB though and instead performed by fetal specialists at the hospital. They said they will likely continue to check once a month until I deliver!
