Caregiver sync not working

I am trying to make it so that my babysitter can use the so as well when we are at work. She got it downloaded and signed in. She says she can see my daughter's info but any time she tries to do anything it says sync to server failed. What can be done to fix this? Want to be able to see how my daughter is doing whole we are at work when I can't contact our babysitter directly.
