TMI...IBS after csection???

Sorry for the tmi but would love any advice from other women who have suffered after their csection. Its only been 6 days since delivery so hoping this will go away soon but my stomach makes loud grumbling noises and feels like I'm going to explode. When I use the bathroom it feels like I have diharrea but it comes out liquid and clear (maybe a little mucous) It honestly looks like bile in the toilet after I go. Anyone else go through this after csection and what helps???
