Having eating probs🙁
So I'm not overwheight or anything because I have an extremely high metabolism but I have this binge eating problem. I know it's not healthy, but i get these super bad cravings and it's like my body is telling me to just eat and eat like i need to. I want to stop so I don't gain weight but idk how to supress my apetite without pills. Working out isn't an issue. I'm generally healthy i just want to learn how to control my binge eating🙁 how can I supress my apetite?
