Pain During Sex

I've been experiencing multiple sharp pains during intercourse with my fiancé. It hasn't put a strain on our love-making, but it disappoints me that we can't be intimate like that without me hurting. It's a very deep sharp pain and it has been happening very frequently. I have also had cramps and sore breasts. Neither one of us have had any other partners and we have been sexually active for about six months. Please offer some suggestions on what could be going on here. Thank you, ladies.
