Period cramps
When I'm on my period I get really bad cramps to the point where I don't want to do anything. I use heating pads but they don't work like that. I also take 2 ibuprofen but my dad told me to stop using them because they were bad for me. I've talk to my mom about it and how some birth control pills help but she don't want me to get on bc so what do I do.
