Period

So I'm a little concerned. I have anemia and I'm not sure if maybe that would affect things. My average period is 5 days however this week my period started sooner than expected the first was very very light spotting. I thought it was from sex maybe. Prior to that I had nausea and super sore boobs. Well my period has seemed to only last 3 days. It wasn't super heavy and I only really had one day I had to change a pad kid day. It's like my period completely stopped. I had some dark clotting but bright red blood and it's really weird. I wonder if I should ask my dr about it. I have PCOS so that's why I'm alittle nervous.
