Is he lying?

So this guy and I have been with each other off and on for about 3 years. I recently got a job out of state and we have been on absolutely terrible terms. Last year he, out of revenge, decided to download a bunch of hookup apps (even 10x worse than Tinder), was texting girls from different states, just all around sloppy af. And he swore up and down that he never hooked up with any of them. And I let it go because we've been through way worse smh and he swore he wouldn't do it again. However, recently we've been arguing a lot and not having sex regularly (so I automatically got suspicious) and decided to do a little research to find out if he's been back on some of those websites that he swore he deleted. I made a Kik and was able to find him extremely easy......with a new pic. Well, I opened a chat with him but didn't send anything. And he got the notification. So while we were talking on the phone he brought it up (as I was hoping he would because im sure he forgot that he told me it was deleted last year). The dumbass had so many apps and dating profiles that he lost count, which is why he probably told on himself lol. He starts to say he downloaded it because he got an email saying he had notifications. Then he says he did it so we can video chat while I'm away at my job (which didn't make sense because we video chat on fb already). I had him backed into a corner and he actually was stuttering a couple times until he was forced to apologize. I felt like I proved there was no reason for him to even have one in terms of our relationship. So my question is am I crazy or is he using this Kik to talk to girls? There's absolutely no reason for a 27 year old man to have a Kik when he pays his cellphone bill to use his TEXTING feature and any data any time he wants. Sorry this is so long but I want to see if I'm overthinking or is his ass lying!
