12 days dpo

I am 24 years old and have only been ttc for a month, I know the chances are pretty slim of me being pregnant already, but this month my acne has been terrible! I always suffer from a couple of spots when I am due on, but this time it's like I'm a teenager again! Loads of horrible spots on my cheeks, I haven't broke out like this in years. Could it be an early sign? I have my usual pms symptoms like sore breasts increased hunger and mood swings, so I'm not sure if af is coming soon. I'm due on in a couple of days so I'll just have to wait and see! If anyone else experienced increased acne as a sign, please let me know! :)
