I known it is okay from time to time for babies to miss or be tardy for a milestone. But to be honest she looks nowhere close to propping herself up. She has great head control but during tummy time (which she hates) she leaves her arms by her side and just moves her head from side to side which she has been doing for months. Am I doing it wrong? What can I do to help her?
