How bad is stress for the baby?
I'm 23 weeks pregnant. It seems like I've been stressed this whole pregnancy (alot has been going on). First my father-in-law passed away, 2 weeks later my grandma passed away, a month later my other grandma passed away. The day before we were to go in vacation, someone broke into my mother-in-law's house and she called us and told us we needed to go check the little house (it's what we call the guest house - that me and my husband had been staying in, it's behind her house).... when we got there and I unlocked the door, we found the 2 people that broke into my mother-in-law's house sleeping in our bed! It was a girl and a guy, my husband beat the guy up pretty bad and my husband actually broke his hand. We went to the Dr last week, since it took a week for the swelling to go down and put it in a cast, and his hand is a whole lot worse than it was. He will probably need surgery on it. We moved into a new place 5 days ago, it is bigger and I was so excited because I was ready to get everything set up for the baby, but I've been sick. The house is in the historical part of town and there is a bad bat problem in this area. My husband stepped out on the porch one morning and was nearly attacked by bats. The smell of bat poop is overwhelming, especially first thing in the morning. So now we have until the end of the month to pack everything back up, find a new place and move. We can't stay here, especially with a baby on the way. All the stress just seems overwhelming. I know people say stressing isn't good for the baby, and I'm trying not to, but this all seems like it's to much
