Me and my partner have been together now for a year, we've had unprotected sex throughout the relationship and I still haven't got pregnant. Recently, I've been experiencing back ache, tired a lot more, tiny bit of cramping And I'm bloated easily? Could this be it? We've had sex a lot on my most fertile days too just doesn't seem to be happening 🤔
