You think you CANT lose weight?

This is the difference 50 days has made for me, I was 61kg now Im at 57kg, making a loss of 4kilos (approx 8.8lbs) My husband was 89kg and is down to 73kg in those same 50 days making a loss of 16kg which is approx 35lbs!! . You can do it, all you need is a little will and you can make it work! The amount you lose depends on your current weight how fit you already are and how ready you are to push yourself to and past your limits! For me my diet is 1000 to 1200kcals per day as I am 5'3" and I burn 1000kcals minimum per week through exercise.
