We need to help them, not hurt them

Geraldine
Often there are young girls on this app (13-16) who believe they are ready for sex and they ask the eve community how to obtain birth control or tips about how to go about it and I see the elders of the community responding by saying that they are too young or that they should go to their parents.
Now I don't mean to be judgemental but I think it's pretty hypocritical to say these things when many of you all have children. If these young women want to have sex then I doubt that the opinions of strangers will halt their decisions. They may not have great relationships with their parents yet they want to be knowledgeable about sex so they come to you for help.
I'm 18 almost 19 and I've never had a sex Ed class. I managed to get past it in all 3 of my health classes. So when I started having sex with my ex boyfriend, my aunt found out and went nuts. I was grounded and banned from seeing him. All she said was that I was not grown. No help.
So don't point down at these young ladies, but instead help them.
