Missed Period

So I'm 7 days late on my period & I've been getting white discharge for the past couple of days. This happened before, I was previously 5 days late & I eventually got it. I am sexually active but we always use condoms & I always check if anything ripped or leaked. I have absolutely no symptoms, no morning sickness, no cramps, nothing. What could it be? Am I stressing too much? Am i ovulating later than usual? Please help!
