I am 11 dpo and im having nausea and lower backaches iv noticed if i eat only a little or not at all im getting sick which has never happened before but with my first pregnancy i was hypoglycemic i am also having left side cramps lower down arnt sharp but dull and they come and go haven't tested yet but going to the doctors today to maybe get a blood test and a urine test anyone think i could be pregnant
