Panty liners

This is going to sound weird, but does anyone else always have to wear panty liners?? If I don't wear them, it's like the feeling of my pants rubbing against my underwear and also rubbing against my vagina is very uncomfortable and sometimes even painful. I also really really just don't like the feeling of underwear on me, I don't know why. It's hard to explain, but there's just something about the feeling that is very very uncomfortable. I also sometimes drip pee or a LOT of discharge, and that is also uncomfortable. My boyfriend understands because I've talked to him about it, and he doesn't care one bit, but I feel very unsexy taking off my underwear and having a panty liner in there, sometimes with liquids... I'm 16, for reference.. But is this normal/does anyone else have to do this?
