Workouts
So my husband finally got called to work and I feel like I'm going to be bored the whole time so I think I want to start walking and doing some workout (not intense). I was wondering if squats and lunges were safe to do, I'm 25+3 and don't want to do anything that can be dangerous. And also can anyone tell me about the workouts they've done while pregnant without any problem? 😊
