Tampons
I'm 14 and on my period 3/4 months , I have used pads . My flow is heavyyyyy and I want to start wearing tampons. I've tried them once before and it hurt like hell trying to put it in , I couldn't even walk . Is that normal or was i putting it in wrong ??
