At 5 weeks, you're probably just really bloated. You'll notice some days are worse than others. I looked like that too. Hang in there. Big tshirts and ponytail holders to button your pants will be your best friend.

I bloated really bad in the first trimester. It went away at like 11-12 weeks and then started back as a bump around 17-18. I'm 20 weeks and we look the same. Lol.
