So I'm 11 weeks and I can't keep ANYTHING down the past 3 days and now I'm having horrible pain in my belly Like a 100 pounds of pressure it hurts bad and I'm scared I'm gonna lose my baby should I go to er?

Answer

Yes. I'd you can't hold down food or water for three days you are dehydrated 
I had to go.
I got a bag of fluids and nausea medications. Also it helped me have a small snack there because I started to black out because my blood sugar got so low.
You need to call your doctor's office and theyll tell you to go in
