Toning your body
Ladies help! Please. So I've always been a heavier girl hated to do physical activities, but not to heavy I mean I'm 200 pounds. I just got a membership to planet fitness, not trying to create that model type body, just tone stuff up like my belly and arms maybe even my thighs and bottom cause I got the donut belly, and the bingo flab arms going on that needs to b toned! So to get to my point about this post what exercises can I do just to tone stuff.
