Young marriages and pregnancies

I'm talking 18+ here so everything's legal, but does anyone think there's an age where people would just be too young to be married or pregnant or both (excluding under 18's because of legal implications) or would you base marriage/pregnancy on the love and longevity of a relationship rather than on age?
