25 weeks and very swollen feet?

Hey everyone. I know swollen feet is normal in pregnancy by the end. But I'm 25 weeks and today is crazy how swollen they are. And they hurt. Any advice? I keep my legs high at work almost the whole time. So I don't get like this but I guess that is not working.. need advice please! Thank you!!

I use cold packs and elevation And it works well. And lots of lots of water to flush the excess fluid out.
My bf will sometimes rub them to get circulation going.

I got a foot water massager thingy throat you soak your feet in. That and some Epsom salt does wonders... o am on my feet 10+ hours a day. I got new tennis shoes and some insoles and I don't tie my shoes... yes they are swollen but they don't ache nearly as much as before.
