Im 39 weeks and 1 day today and for a weeks now ive been having lots of period cramping and back pain. For two days now ive been having sharp pains to the point where i wanna cry and sometimes they go into my back( maybe a contraction?) but they are not very timable but when i get them they last any where from 30 seconds to a minuyes and 30 seconds. These pains are like sharp stabbing pain in my vagina and go through my lower stomach and to my lower back. I have also lost my appetite the past 6 days, head aches are constant and i feel so emotionally drained i just feel like i cant keep going. What are these pains? Maybe early labor now?? Just looking to see what people think. I dont get checked for the first time until Thursday soi dont know if there is any progress or anything down there to worry about.
