Safe?

I've been SO congested lately is it safe to use my humidifier with Vicks vaposteam and menthol pads? I'm 17 weeks pregnant. Thanks in advance ladies! ❤️

I would think so. Might drink lemon water as well. It'll clear out infections, including yeast infections. Something you'll want to remember later on.

Definitely safe. I use it myself for congestion. I think they just recommend you don't use the menthol stuff for infants.

I was sick with a cold at that time in my pregnancy also. I used Vick's vaporizer and Tylenol cold to get through it. I hope you feel better soon!
