What does it mean?!

I keep having clumpyish discharge and it is like flowing out. (Not literally). But it feels like a period would but with white discharge instead of blood. It isn't itchy or feeing like an infection. It's just like normal discharge. I am 2 days late for my period so far. Any idea why I would be having this? I took a pregnancy test yesterday that was negative but I guess it might be too early to tell..
