Braxton hicks ?

How do you know that you're having Braxton hicks ? Is it too soon to have them I'm 6 months . I'm literally over here in tears . The pain isn't constant or consistent , more uncomfortable than painful . What should I do ? I don't want to make a big scene my moms dramatic 😩

Braxton Hicks are not supposed to hurt, that's what doc told me he said if it is just tightening and stuff its fine as long as there is no pain or bleeding, mine started at 17 weeks

Mine started around 20 weeks with my first, and around 15 with this one. 6 months isn't too early! Just try to drink a lot of water, and stay off your feet if they become frequent.

I started having them more last week.. My stomach just gets really tight and sometimes makes me feel like I need to pee.. 
Two days they have been Extremely painful.. I don't remember them hurting this bad with my first..
Change positions.. If you're sitting stand, if you're standing sit.. Lay on your left side if you can and make sure you're drinking lots of water and pedialite doesn't hurt if you can stomach it.. I personally love the taste.. Good luck!

I've been told they start about 23 weeks. I've had a few myself. Just your body preparing itself for labor is what I've read. 😊
