8 week ultrasound Wednesday !

I had one at 6 weeks because I'm a high risk pregnancy , even got to hear baby's heart beat ! Is there any questions you ladies can think of that I should or need to ask my doctor ? The Zika virus is the main thing on my mind , even with there being two new cases and one in Kansas and Florida . Me and my husband haven't had sex since we got pregnant and well it's killing us /: also , what should I be able to see at 8 weeks ? Thanks ladies !!
