Which prenatal vitamins are best to use before pregnancy? Should I take them?

I use 1 a day prenatals they don't make me nauseous and they go down pretty easily.

Taking prenatals while ttc is a good thing because then in the very early weeks before you'd know you were pregnant your baby gets the key nutrients it needs! I take nature made I'm pretty sure they're called and my son was super healthy. The only thing is once you are pregnant you may or may not have to switch to another vitamin just because some women while they have morning sickness have a hard time finding a vitamin that doesn't make them sick
