At first I just thought he was awkward and I thought it was sweet you know? Now other coworkers are noticing he's always hovering around me, sometimes he hovers and says nothing but most of the time he says cheesy things like "why aren't you smiling?" OR "I love your laugh" or "you really are a cutie"

I'm not sure how to handle it I guess. I'm 19, have one more year left of college. I don't know how old he is (my coworkers and I are guessing he's in his late twenties or early thirties)

He buys me lunch at least twice a week. He buys me coffee almost every day. I try to make it fair and buy him coffee and he always refuses and insists that he buys. He made a comment suggesting we go out sometime for dinner. I kinda of laughed and smiled and said we will have to see!

He not harassing me so don't think he's like that. I just don't know how to let him down easily. Oh by the way he detailed my car for me one day while we were at work just because. There have been rumours that he's thinking about asking me to be his girl. I'm worried. Thoughts?
