I might light minor pinkish spotting with no pain what so ever and they did a vaginal ultrasound with a blood test and they couldn't find a heart beat they said there could be a possibility that maybe they just couldn't get a heart beat or I'm in the first stages of misccarige I'm barley gonna be seven weeks tomorrow and I came back home and I have a little more bleeding a little darker should I go back to the E.R?
