After an excruciating four days of being told to labor at home I finally put my foot down and told the hospital I couldn't handle the pain and needed to be kept and a cesarean needed to be done. They complied after finding that I had only dilated to a 3 after experiencing contractions 2 min apart for the past four days. Once in surgery after making the incision they found that my little man had been breech and that is why I was in so much pain and not dilating properly. They ended up cutting him a little on his thigh because they never checked to see if he was breech. A little annoyed at the careless mistake and the fact that they never checked into why I was in so much pain, I can't help but simply feel blessed and relieved that my healthy baby boy is finally here! I'm thankful that he had no other issues despite the amount of pain I endured before his arrival. We love you so much baby Liam!! 😇💙 Born at 12:56pm June 19th 7lbs 3oz 19.5in
