So confused

So ia.curreblt 40 +3 amd super confused. All night ive had painful contractions feeling of menstral cramps and they got to 5 1 1 and when i went pee there was a pink discharge like a bloody show so i calledy dr amd they told me to go in. Im currently laying in bed. As soon as i got up to get ready to go in it was like the painfulness of the contractions stopped. I still got them but they werent painful. Now that im laying back down their painful... wth do i do?! Im terrified to go in and be sent home.
