I need help ladies!!

So yesterday (8dayslate) I took a test and I swear I can see a vvvvvvvvvvvf line well last night I wiped and had just a little bit of blood! But this morning this is what the tampon looked like! And usually when I start its really heavy and clotted so not sure about this!! I took a digital test last night and it said "no"
