Headaches at 21 weeks?

Has anyone else started getting headaches? I never usually get headaches and now all of a sudden 3 days in a row. More than likely it's hormones but it still makes me nervous.

I have been getting constant headaches for the past 2 and a half weeks. I went to my Ob who sent me to the ER and they gave me magnesium and it didn't help much. It's exhausting and I am not dehydrated I drink several liters of water each day and this weekend I started getting dizzy spells so I don't know what the hell is going on

I get them very randomly it's like all of a sudden a headache is there and lasts like 10 mins then will go away and come again later. It's weird.
