Yesterday I had a somewhat severe pinching pain that lasted 15-20 seconds on the right side near my hip, definitely in pelvic region.  Had the tiniest bit of brown and pink spotting 5 minutes later.  I've had that pain before, in that same area, when I ovulated prior to depo... But no spotting.  I haven't had any spotting since and very light cramping.  Only 5 ish weeks along, possibly less because I have no idea when I ovulated last month.  I know it's incredibly unlikely to ovulate like this but it just came out of nowhere and scared the crap out of me, I thought I was miscarrying and expected to see blood all night, but nothing.  😬
