Progesterone

I just got my bfp on Sunday. I set up an ob appointment that next day and they would only do a July 1st. My problem is, with my Crohns it would put me at a high risk pregnancy and they wouldn't schedule me sooner. The place I was gonna go get it checked had an opening about 2 hours before my infusion which is 2 hours from the place. If you were/are in my position what would be your next move? I'm super nervous....
