I'm cycle day 20 today and 5 days post ovulation but feeling all kinds of things that I don't normally...I have a funny feeling on the right side lower abdomen, but like a mild stabbing pain and my breasts are tingly and bit tender.....could these be really early signs of pregnancy or is it just wishful thinking? Preying for my rainbow baby after missed miscarriage in January!
