Advice For A Little Energy Boost?
So, I'm 9+5, and up until now, I've been able to tolerate about 4-8oz of coffee to give me a bit of an energy boost to get me UP out of bed or off the couch to start on something. After that, I'm pretty good to go. (Also, when I say I tolerate, I mean I have a nice little aversion to it, especially with the smell of it brewing. But when I actually SIP on it, I'm "ok" with it) Well, this morning I couldn't even sip on it :( Anyone have any healthy energy boosts that have helped them through the day?
