Tips for breastfeeding while engorged?

I've been so engorged since my milk came in not matter how much I pump baby still can't latch. Any tips? I even used the nipple extractor thingy but as soon as it comes off he can't latch. Please help I'm getting so frustrated

Try hand expression rather than the pump. Express enough to where the nipple softens and it is possible to latch baby. There are plenty of YouTube videos for the correct hand expression technique. But honestly if you're so engorged your baby can't latch you should probably just be able to massage your breast from chest down to nipple and milk will shoot out.
